The founders and shareholders of Amminex have been able to attract a highly qualified board due to the global potential of the technology and the quality of the initial laboratory results. The board embodies management expertise, great scientific knowledge, and market awareness. Boardmembers: Mogens Hugo, Chairman. Mr. Hugo is a respected and highly regarded Danish industrialist with a background in engineering and finance. He is presently also chairman of Dampskibsselskabet Norden A/S, Nordea Danmark Fonden, CAPIDEA A/S and Danelec Electronics A/S.
Jens K. Nørskov Dr. Nørskov is a co-founder of Amminex, representing the five founding shareholders on the Board. Dr. Nørskov is a Professor of theoretical physics and also serves as Director of the Lundbeck Center for Atomic-scale Materials Design at the Technical University of Denmark's Department of Physics, Chairman of Danish Centre for Scientific Computing and Chairman of NanoDTU.
Eric Tech Eric Tech is President of the Engine Group at Navistar. He has previously been with Ford Motor Company and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. Ulla Brockenhuus-Schack Mrs. Brockenhuus-Schack is managing partner of SEED Capital Denmark K/S and representing their shares together with the shares of DTU Innovation A/S and CAT Symbion Innovation A/S. She is a former McKinsey & Company consultant and has solid experience with start-up companies. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. John Butt John Butt is CEO and General Partner of Conduit Ventures and has several years of in-depth experience of the fuel cells and energy industries. His experience includes senior positions at Citigroup and Price Waterhouse International Privatization Group based in the US, UK, Germany and Central and Eastern Europe, working with major corporations, entrepreneurs, governments and multilateral funding agencies.Dr. Ferdinand Panik Dr. Ferdinand Panik is former head of Daimler-Chrysler's Fuel-Cell Project and co-founder of the California Fuel Cell Partnership and is a world authority on alternative vehicles and renewable energies. |
