The mission of Amminex is to develop safe, compact, simple and economical systems for utilization in the following areas:
- Ammonia Storage and Delivery Systems, ASDS, for NOx reduction in diesel-engine exhaust
- Commercially viable of energy storage systems for fuel cell applications.
Amminex is striving to become the lone supplier of a complete Ammonia Storage and Delivery System (ASDS) and AdAmmine replacement cartridges to major automobile and commercial vehicle manufacturers when the new US and EU diesel engine emissions standards, EURO VI, come into effect in 2012 – 2014.
In parallel, Amminex is working with its partners in the fuel cell industry towards the goal of developing novel power solutions.
