ASDS-1 for Passenger Cars

The ASDS-1 for passenger cars is the ideal, compact solution for SCR reductant systems on small and mid-size vehicles. The two main units hold 5 kg of AdAmmine and are replaceable. The small start-up unit ensures short time-to-dose even at temperatures well below 0° C. The units are heated electrically Capacity 4,5 kg NH3 Flow range: 0 – 2,3 g NH3 pr. minute Time to dose at -27 °C: 240 sec. The ASDS-1 can be tailored to fit the target vehicle and presumed driving patterns optimally. The system supplies ultra pure ammonia gas, and has a capacity corresponding to the total demand during a service interval. In other words: The end-user will not have to do any refilling. The main cartridges will be replaced when the car is serviced. The start-up unit is a permanent part of the car, and is recharged during normal driving. This kind of system has been tested on several vehicles, and can be delivered as a stand-alone ‘suitcase’ system, or can be integrated on the car.
