A clean world
We are all concerned about CO2 emission causing greenhouse effect. Hydrogen is the cleanest fuel giving only water as a by-product while generating energy. However, the transportation and storage of hydrogen remain the greatest barriers of wholesale implementation of the hydrogen as energy carrier. Ammonia is hydrogen chemically bound to nitrogen. This compound does not contain any carbon and thus the generation of energy with ammonia does not produce any CO2 emission.
At Amminex, we work to implement ammonia as a major energy vector by storing it safely and processing it for different fuel cell types. We present a fresh approach to energy generation that is not only green but also safe for the end user, cost competitive and based on a storage technology that is already produced in industrial scale.
